Rule Property Management provides collection services to landlords who do not have the expertise and/or time to execute this property management need. In this process, we also will evaluate the landlord’s current property management approach including marketing, tenant application, tenant screening, lease assembly, execution, and tenant accountability.
Following the completion of eviction or move out, a collection effort may be required. Former tenant liabilities will typically include:
- Unpaid rent during occupancy
- Lease obligated rent following eviction
- Unpaid municipal utility bills
- Damage and restoration costs
Efficient execution of the collection process requires confirmation of all (former) tenant obligations followed by execution of the collections process.
