An $18.00 Non-Refundable Credit Check Fee is required per applicant before processing your rental application. At the end of the rental application form below, there is a spot for you to securely enter credit/debit card details.

Please note: These are only the minimum rental qualifications to meet our pre-screening requirements. All persons over the age of 18 who will reside within the property will be required to complete a rental application. A full Credit and Background check will be required for all adult household members. Any application that is turned in incomplete, will not be processed until all required information is received.
If you need assistance completing your application, please contact the management office. After your application has been completed and any required documentation has been turned into the office, we will perform a background check which includes credit, criminal and an eviction search. If your application is approved you will be contacted to schedule a time to pay a deposit and sign your lease.
The entire security deposit and first month’s rent must be paid prior to getting your keys, no exceptions! Please let us know if you have any questions or need assistance completing your application.
My rental of said premises is to be limited to use and occupancy by family of size and description above without any right on my part to sublet all or any of said premises. The purpose of this application is to determine whether I qualify as a tenant. If my application is approved, the Landlord and I shall sign a written lease. I have no rental agreement with the Landlord before the time of the lease signing.
I hereby certify that all statements made above are correct. I hereby authorize the Landlord to investigate my credit and financial responsibility, income, rental and eviction history and to obtain a consumer credit report on me. My performance under any lease may be reported to any consumer reporting agency. I understand that the credit report fee is nonrefundable regardless of whether or not my application is approved.
